SMMC / Red Mud Valorisation Technology

Irajya Ecotech's technology route is a patent-granted process for recovering iron-rich material from red mud (bauxite residue) through a dry beneficiation approach using Nano Technology Advanced Magnetic Carrier Technology.

The process converts red mud — a high-volume industrial residue from alumina production — into Synthetic Magnetic Mineral Composite (SMMC), a magnetite-type iron-rich product intended for evaluation by steel, DRI and allied industries.
